Job summary

Mastercard’s Launch Program is an 18-month development track for Associate Consultants in the United States, beginning in Arlington, VA. You will work on data-driven projects, collaborating with Advisors & Consulting Services to deliver insights and implement solutions for Fortune 500 clients.

You will engage across tracks, with a focus on Business Experimentation, using Test & Learn and SQL to drive impact, while building professional and technical skills through mentorship and structured

Qualifications

• Undergrad or accelerated master's degree with expected graduation date Spring 2027
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Experience using data analysis or querying tools (SQL, SAS, Excel or Tableau) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within small teams to help brands answer and implement solutions for strategic questions
• Own deliverables and build external relationships with clients, focusing on technology and data
• Gain exposure to industries including financial services, retail, restaurants, hospitality, etc.
• Support 2-4 clients concurrently and develop deep understanding of client challenges over longer engagements
