The ability to develop technology roadmaps, establish governance standards, and ensure compliance with operational procedures is essential for long-term project success.

This role also involves supporting the implementation of invoicing workflows, approval routing, and financial controls within the PMIS environment. The manager will coordinate with accounting and finance teams for accurate reporting, invoice processing, reconciliation, and audit readiness. Change management is a major focus, with the responsibility to develop and deliver training programs, support user adoption, and facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders.

Post go-live, the Technology Project Manager (PMIS, PMP) will continue to drive system enhancements, monitor operational effectiveness, and identify opportunities for further automation and efficiency.
