Base pay range

$70.00/hr - $74.00/hr

Pay Range: $70 - $74/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage the project, communication, resource plans, and processes.
• Maintain organizational and time management skills to keep projects on track.
• Analyze all management and technical processes to ensure they’re delivered as expected.
• Conduct Scrum Ceremonies (Daily Standup, Backlog, Retrospective, Iterative planning, etc.).
• Schedule project estimates and milestones.
• Generate regular status reports to update stakeholders and manage projects.
• Manage risks and escalations.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Scrum
• Experience with end-to-end software delivery lifecycle is critical.
• Workday
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tech Project Manager, leading large cross-functional complex initiatives, preferably supporting HR or Banking.
• Must be PMP certified.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to manage large initiatives.
• Experience with end-to-end software delivery lifecycle is critical.
• Ability to collaborate with technology partners and business stakeholders to oversee, drive timelines, manage risks, and prioritize deliverables aligned to business outcomes.
• Demonstrated risk management skills and experience.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Actively identify, manage, and remove impediments affecting team productivity.
• Technology initiative experience is required; past HR or Workday experience is desirable.
• Experience using Rally Agile tool.
• HR domain knowledge.
