Job Family:Strategy & Transformation ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 25%Clearance Required:Ability to Obtain NACIWhat You Will Do:The Technology Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology modernization, interoperability, and data management initiatives supporting public health organizations. This role is responsible for managing projects across the full technology project lifecycle, including business case development, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, sustainability planning, and project closeout. The Project Manager serves as the primary bridge between public health agencies (PHAs), technical teams, architects, developers, vendors, and executive leadership to enable on time delivery of technology solutions, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.The role requires strong experience managing systems integration, cloud-based solutions, data modernization efforts, and technology transformation initiatives while maintaining oversight of scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary PoC for clients, responsible for building strong client relationships, demonstrating a high degree of responsiveness and accountability for giving our clients an amazing experience.Maintain and update project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and tasks using Jira and approved project documentation.Facilitate internal and PHA-facing meetings such as standups, check-ins, and retrospectives; prepare agendas, document meeting notes, and track action items.Coordinate project documentation, including charters, deliverables, meeting materials, and final work products, following established templates and file conventions.Support risk, issue, and dependency tracking; communicate potential blockers and considerations to project leadership in a timely manner.Collaborate with technical and business team members to align tasks, milestones, and deliverables.Monitor overall quality and completeness of project outputs prior to submission or handoff.Support Agile ways of working by coordinating backlog updates, milestones, and Jira task hygiene.Contribute to post-project reviews and application of lessons learned across engagements.What You Will Need:Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"NACI\";
