Guidehouse is seeking a Consultant to join its Federal Health Advisory practice in Atlanta. You will help transform clients’ business processes, develop organizational strategies, and improve performance while ensuring compliance with federal requirements.

You will conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, prepare reports, and present findings to executives. The role offers growth opportunities and exposure to high-impact health programs within a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, organizational transformation, or related fields.
• Change management, process improvement, or project management certification (Lean Six Sigma Green or Yellow Belt or CAPM) is a nice-to-have.
• Ability to think strategically while delivering tactically with strong attention to detail.
• Experience performing data analysis and using findings to recommend improvements.

Responsibilities
