Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Technology Project Lead 2 to define objectives and scope aligned with business goals, and to build and maintain strong client relationships with regular, transparent updates.

You will drive process improvements, identify risks and mitigation strategies, develop and run project estimates, monitor budgets, and support technical and commercial proposals while guiding resource allocation and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs and capabilities.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and develop team effectiveness.
• Manage scope changes and develop client requirements with proper estimation and contractual updates.
