Job summary

Brio Water Technology, part of Home Organizers, Inc., seeks a Program Manager, Technology to build governance, standards, and processes for its technology organization. This foundational role blends business analysis with program management, owning budgets, timelines, and delivery through teams.

You will start by engaging internal customers, identifying gaps, and designing interim processes to be handed to permanent owners.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of program or project management experience with budgets between $250,000 and $1,000,000.
• Cross-functional IT program delivery: led system implementations, migrations, or infrastructure programs end to end.
• Compliance and governance experience in audited environments (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2).

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap, goals, and long-term vision for assigned programs and sequence work for near-term delivery.
• Elicit and document requirements, map current and future state, write acceptance criteria.
• Serve as primary bridge between project teams, executives, and external partners; manage status, risks, and decisions.
