Job summary

Brio Water Technology is seeking a Program Manager, Technology to establish governance, standards, and processes that do not yet exist within our technology organization. This foundational, hands-on role combines business analysis and program management to drive results.

You’ll define problems, scope solutions, own budgets and timelines, and lead delivery through cross-functional teams. Agile coaching and Scrum Master duties will scale with the organization’s growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of program or project management experience, with budgets between $250,000 and $1,000,000.
• Cross-functional IT program delivery: led end-to-end system implementations, migrations, or infrastructure programs.
• Compliance and governance experience inside audited environments (SOX, HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2) with artifacts like risk register, change control, policies, procedures, and audit evidence.
• Business analysis and business partner engagement: gathered and documented requirements, ran working sessions, translated business needs into technical scope, up to executive level.
• Hands-on Agile delivery and coaching experience, with ability to serve as Scrum Master for one or more teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, current and in good standing.
• Preferred: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and familiarity with formal change-management and stakeholder-management practices.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning: define roadmap, goals, and long-term vision for assigned programs.
• Business analysis: elicit and document requirements, map current and future state, set scope, write acceptance criteria.
• Stakeholder communication: bridge between project teams, executives, and external partners; manage status, risks, and decisions.
• Change management and adoption: drive early communication and training to ensure adoption over go-live.
• Program delivery: lead cross-functional technology programs end to end, coordinating internal and external teams and vendors.
• Cross-project coordination: manage interdependencies and resolve scheduling conflicts.
