We are seeking a Technology Program Manager to join our team for a 6-month contract assignment with a remote work schedule. ROLE SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional business initiatives from planning through execution and benefit realization, partnering with a dedicated Technology Program Manager on technical delivery and a Change Manager on adoption within assigned programs. You will support the Business Sponsor in developing the business case, and own benefits realization tracking and the overall program plan end-to-end, coordinating multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, and ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities. You will work closely with business leaders, process owners, the Technology Program Manager, and the Change Manager to translate strategy into actionable plans and align technical and business readiness ahead of go-live. This role requires a blend of structured project management expertise, stakeholder management, and business acumen – ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, transformation, and change.
Qualifications:
The expected hourly rate for this role is $72-$105/hour; actual base salary will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location. This role is classified as non‑exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). In addition to a competitive base salary, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
