Job summary

• Familiarity with governance, audits, and compliance processes.
• Ability to translate operational detail into concise executive updates.
• Strong project management fundamentals (scope, milestones, dependencies, risks).
• Technical literacy to converse with engineering, data, IT, and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day operational support to the technology leader, translating priorities into actions, owners, and follow-through.
• Manage a single intake process across the technology organization, triaging requests and routing work.
• Prepare and coordinate leadership projects, agendas, decisions, action items, and follow-ups for due diligence and prioritization.
• Maintain visibility into cross-functional initiatives, dependencies, risks, and blocked work; escalate when delivery slips.
• Coordinate a consistent weekly reporting cadence across five domains, including outcomes and near-term plans.
• Support quarterly roadmap and portfolio planning by organizing inputs and preparing leadership recommendations.
• Support governance, audit, compliance, and control activities with evidence, deadlines, and responses.
• Identify recurring friction in how work is requested, prioritized, planned, and delivered; implement process improvements.
• Act as an on-demand proxy into domains to drive coordination and follow-through.
• Partner with the team to improve templates, tools, and operating rhythms over time.
• Help coordinate communications across the technology organization so teams understand priorities and decisions.
