Flagstar Technology is seeking a Technology Products Launch Lead to drive adoption of OneX technology-enabled products and platforms. You will manage the change lifecycle from readiness through rollout and adoption measurement, ensuring business ownership and structured execution across lines of business.

The role emphasizes change strategy, training enablement, and cross‑functional collaboration with product, technology, and business leadership to realize value from technology investments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for product implementations across all lines of business.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify stakeholder groups, business process changes, and organizational readiness gaps.
  • Define change milestones aligned to product delivery timelines, coordinating with delivery teams and business leadership.
  • Create and maintain stakeholder engagement plans with targeted communication cadences.
  • Design and deliver training programs, job aids, quick-reference guides, and enablement materials for product rollouts.
  • Coordinate with business leaders and subject‑matter experts to tailor training to specific user populations.
  • Manage training logistics, scheduling, and completion tracking across business units.
  • Build a scalable knowledge base of change‑management artifacts for reuse across future implementations.
  • Own the communication plan for product implementations: pre‑launch awareness, launch messaging, and post‑launch support.
  • Partner with business leadership to prepare frontline managers to reinforce change and address resistance.
  • Facilitate readiness checkpoints and go/no‑go assessments prior to product rollouts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for change‑related escalations during implementation.
  • Define and track adoption KPIs—utilization rates, proficiency milestones, support ticket trends, and user satisfaction.
  • Conduct post‑implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive process improvement.
  • Report adoption metrics to the Head of Technology Product and business stakeholders, identify barriers, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the maturation of the enterprise change‑management capability within EPMO.
  • Perform special projects and additional duties as required.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Job Summary

The Technology Products Launch Lead is responsible for ensuring that technology-enabled products, services, and platform capabilities delivered through OneX are successfully adopted by the business. This role owns the change management lifecycle for product implementations— from stakeholder readiness and communication planning through training, rollout, and adoption measurement. Under OneX, the Business owns adoption and change management. The Lead ensures that ownership is supported with structured methodology, proactive planning, and hands‑on execution. As S2 capabilities evolve, the Lead drives the business readiness required to realize the full value of the firm’s technology investments.

Job Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for product implementations across all lines of business.

  • Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards and complete required compliance trainings.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent; Information Security or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in organizational change management, focusing on technology‑driven product or platform implementations.
  • Proven ability to lead change for enterprise‑scale initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Strong experience developing training curricula, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, technology, and business leadership.
  • Experience in a matrixed organization with competing priorities and multiple delivery streams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech.
  • Prosci ADKAR certification, CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional), or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with product operating models and agile delivery frameworks.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms.
  • Prior EPMO or PMO experience with enterprise‑wide change governance.
