Responsibilities

• Document needs and map outcomes to capabilities to support technology requirements.
• Partner with Product Managers, UX, Technology, and Architecture to evaluate solution options and ensure alignment with target architecture.
• Conduct data-driven discovery using usage, performance, and outcome data to identify opportunities and measure results.
• Collaborate on experiments and discovery to assess customer needs and business value.
• Decompose strategic objectives into outcomes, value drivers, and capabilities to support decision-making.
