Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a Product Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing improvement of technology products that support business objectives and operational effectiveness. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable plans and coordinate with UX, engineering, and architecture teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will monitor product performance, analyze feedback, and recommend enhancements to drive value across projects and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
4-6 years of experience in product management, technology delivery, or related fields.
CSPO or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Defines and manages product features, user stories, and backlog items to deliver technology solutions.
Partners with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
Collaborates with UX, engineering, and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Coordinates testing, release management, and rollout activities for product adoption.
Monitors product performance and recommends enhancements based on user feedback and data.
Works with external vendors to evaluate solutions and monitor service delivery.
