We deliver engineering, environmental, and energy consulting, plus design services across the Americas, Europe, and beyond. As a leader in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), we’re 1,600+ professionals strong in 40+ offices. Our mission is simple: create the best home for talented professionals. If you value delivering exceptional experiences through problem‑solving, coordination, and a mindset of care for clients and colleagues, you’ll feel right at home. Here, your ideas matter, your impact is real, and your work helps shape the future. Check out this role and join our team of talented professionals.

We are seeking a strategic, detail‑oriented, and execution‑focused Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of software that supports critical business operations across our professional services organization. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, design, and engineering, transforming complex workflows, business rules, and operational needs into intuitive, scalable software solutions.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable facilitating discovery sessions with stakeholders, documenting detailed requirements, and collaborating with designers and engineers to bring solutions to life. They possess strong systems‑thinking skills, excel at translating ambiguity into clarity, and can communicate effectively across both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Beyond managing delivery, this individual will help shape the future of our platform by identifying opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and automation. They will leverage documentation, process flows, prototypes, and other product artifacts to align teams around a shared vision and ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Technical Services, Finance, Marketing, Client Services, etc.) to gather requirements, understand workflows, and business priorities.
  • Facilitate workshops and requirement‑gathering sessions to uncover underlying business needs, process dependencies, and decision logic.
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly across both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Serve as the primary source of truth for product requirements and business rules.
Execution & Delivery
  • Own the product backlog and translate complex business workflows, policies, and requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and implementation‑ready tickets.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design teams to refine requirements, identify edge cases, document business rules, and ensure shared understanding before development begins.
  • Maintain a high level of detail and quality in requirements documentation to minimize ambiguity and rework.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams including developers, QA, and UX designers to deliver product releases on time and within scope.
Product Discovery & Innovation
  • Lead discovery efforts to identify opportunities for product improvements, workflow optimization, automation, and new capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, users, engineering, and design to validate ideas before development.
  • Create and communicate product concepts through process diagrams, prototypes, and other artifacts.
  • Leverage AI‑assisted tools, prototyping platforms, and emerging technologies to rapidly explore and validate solutions.
  • Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to develop innovative yet practical product solutions.
User Experience & Adoption
  • Champion intuitive design and user experience improvements.
  • Support change management efforts to drive adoption.
  • Monitor product performance and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with engineering, support, and business teams to prioritize product enhancements, bug fixes, and usability improvements based on user feedback and business impact.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management, product ownership, business analysis, or related experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business processes and requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation‑ready tickets.
  • Strong systems‑thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify edge cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across business, design, and engineering teams.
  • Experience facilitating requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and product discovery activities.
  • Experience creating product artifacts such as process flows, wireframes, prototypes, or functional specifications.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and backlog management.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience working with professional services organizations, workflow automation, CRM/ERP systems, or business process improvement initiatives is a plus.
