Job summary

GSK is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management specializing in Core CRM to lead the technology strategy and lifecycle for US Vault CRM and related CRM ecosystems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in technology product management or related roles.
• Experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Vault CRM, Veeva CRM, Salesforce.
• Proven ability to define technology strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management.
• Strong collaboration with Architecture, Engineering, Data Management, and Security teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology strategy, roadmap, architecture, and lifecycle for the Vault CRM and Core CRM ecosystem.
• Translate business priorities into scalable technology capabilities and ensure platform health.
• Lead CRM configuration, deployments, and release management with a focus on compliance and performance.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Data Management, and external vendors to drive modernization.
• Define metrics to monitor adoption, reliability, and business impact.
