Job summary

GSK plc is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for Core CRM/US Vault CRM. You will own technology strategy, architecture, and lifecycle, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant CRM capabilities for the US Commercial organization.

You will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Data Management, and external partners to deliver a modern CRM platform and drive adoption across field teams in a fast-paced life sciences environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
8+ years of experience in Technology Product Management, Commercial Technology, CRM Platforms, Enterprise Applications, or related disciplines.
Experience managing enterprise CRM platforms such as Vault CRM, Veeva CRM, Salesforce, or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.
Experience defining technology strategy, product roadmaps, platform architecture, and lifecycle management.
Experience partnering with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Integration, Data Management, and Information Security organizations.
Experience managing enterprise software implementations, platform upgrades, releases, and technology modernization initiatives.
Experience with enterprise application architecture, API-based integrations, customer master data, and cloud platforms.
Experience with Agile Product Management methodologies.
Experience working within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industry.

Responsibilities

Own technology vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for US Vault CRM platform and Core CRM ecosystem.
Develop multi-year roadmap aligned with Commercial priorities and Veeva direction.
Evaluate Vault CRM capabilities to improve field productivity and compliance.
Balance new features with technical debt reduction and platform modernization.
Define product investments based on business value and platform health.
Lead CRM configuration, release planning, regression testing, and production support.
Manage lifecycle for Vault CRM integrations and data flows with enterprise systems.
Drive vendor management and operating excellence across the CRM stack.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Digital teams for adoption and impact.
