Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or purchasing experience.
• Experience procuring technology products and services, including software, hardware, cloud services, or telecommunications solutions.
• Experience negotiating contracts and supplier agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology acquisitions including hardware, software, cloud services, and telecommunications.
• Develop procurement strategies that support the university’s technology objectives and operational needs.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and governance.
• Ensure compliance with UNC System, State of North Carolina statutes, and university policies.
