Job summary

ExtraHop is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager to support internal sourcing, vendor management, and negotiations. You will partner with stakeholders to balance cost, quality, and timelines, while ensuring compliant procurement processes across the organization.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement within technology or SaaS, experience with NetSuite, and strong Excel skills. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement, sourcing, or vendor management experience.
• Experience with software, technology services, and indirect spend is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and purchasing for internal functions.
• Collaborate with RFx team for supplier evaluations and negotiations.
• Execute sourcing aligned with budgets and procurement policies.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Maintain procurement records and vendor documentation.
• Set up vendors and issue purchase orders in NetSuite.
• Coordinate contract renewals with Accounting and Legal.
