Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Researcher for multiple client projects in collaboration with Consultants and Researchers.
• Develop and execute rigorous research strategies and target lists.
• Guide project teams through search processes to drive quality and speed.
• Identify, calibrate and prioritize candidates via research and networks.
• Synthesize information from interviews and sessions to identify stakeholder needs.
• Create high-quality client documentation (profiles, search strategies, reports).
• Support business development with pitch materials and market insights.
