• Lead Expert for multiple concurrent client projects with Consultants and other Experts

• Identify and prioritize potential candidates through rigorous research
• Develop high-quality client documentation (profiles, role specs, search strategies, progress reports)
• Partner with client teams to develop pitch presentations and business development materials
• Contribute to knowledge management by sharing expertise and best practices
