FleishmanHillard in New York City is seeking a dynamic Managing Supervisor to join our Technology team. This hybrid role focuses on technology sector communications across B2B and B2C clients, delivering strategy, media relations, and content that aligns with client business objectives.

You will lead day-to-day account activities, collaborate with senior leaders and junior staff, and drive campaigns from concept through execution while maintaining measurable results and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of public relations agency experience with emphasis on technology and/or corporate communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or related field.
• Strong media relations skills and knowledge of media trends and issues.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities.
• Demonstrated self-starter with ability to drive projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Build traditional and nontraditional media relations strategies and manage campaigns with a team for B2B and B2C tech clients.
• Identify proactive opportunities and provide a clear point of view on storytelling and rapid response.
• Oversee projects, connect cross-account workstreams, and mentor junior staff.
• Write and edit materials across pitches, plans, memos, and media content.
• Support the implementation of strategic plans and campaigns aligned with client objectives.
