Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Technology Manager in the United States to lead technology operations, risk management, and regulatory readiness. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance to ensure platforms meet regulatory requirements while aligning with group standards.

You will drive the local technology architecture, IT strategy, migrations, governance, and programs to build a reliable, scalable tech ecosystem for millions of users in the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a role involving IT architecture in finance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as engineering.
• Familiarity with regulatory and security requirements in the US.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Driving the local technology architecture.
• Implementing IT governance and regulatory readiness.
• Shaping customer migrations and IT strategy.
• Overseeing IT governance and representation in group committees and to the Board.
• Coordinating transformation programmes and operational processes.
• Building a globally reliable and scalable tech ecosystem.
