• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Information Systems, Project/Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, or related field plus 4 years of experience in project/program management or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor program budgets and ROI projections.
• Assess resources and risks for project completion.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders and support decision making.
• Develop scenarios and translate requirements into executable projects with ROI focus.
• Define charter, SOW, modules, and baselines for large programs.
• Track progress, review milestones, and manage risks across projects.
• Communicate clearly in multi-team meetings and prepare concise reports.
