Job summary

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. in New York City seeks a Senior Administrator to join Technology Operations and Administrative Support.

This hybrid role combines executive support with exposure to enterprise technology strategy and cybersecurity, delivering high-impact support to two senior leaders. Responsibilities include managing calendars, preparing materials, coordinating travel, handling expense reports, and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across two executives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with Oracle, ServiceNow and Wrike preferred.
  • Interest in information technology and cybersecurity with interest in AI concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars for senior executives across Technology and Information Security.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up documentation for executive meetings and boards.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries.
  • Draft and manage professional correspondence and classify follow-up actions.
  • Process expense reports and handle department invoicing per policy.
  • Liaise between Technology, Security teams and stakeholders to ensure cross-team coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in preparing weekly IT activity summaries and department reports.
  • Track technology projects, milestones, and deliverables; support process documentation.
  • Monitor emerging AI tools and enterprise applications to inform executive decisions.
  • Support vendor coordination, IT sourcing, and logistics for events; stock office supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to other executives as needed; perform additional duties.
  • Adhere to appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

Who are we hiring?

Madison Square Garden isseekinga highly organized, intellectually curious, and technology-minded professional to serve as a Senior Administrator supportingtechnology. This is not a traditional administrativerole,it is a deliberately designed hybrid position that pairs executive support responsibilities with meaningful exposure to enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity operations, and project delivery.

What will you do?

  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars for the Senior Vice Presidents of both Technology and Information Security, coordinating across multiple business units and external partners; prioritize meetings, deadlines, and appointments to ensure all duties are carried out seamlessly.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up documentation for executive meetings, steering committees, and board-level presentations; anticipateand prepare materials as needed.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including comprehensive itineraries, contact lists, andlogisticsspecific to each trip.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence on behalf of both executives; carry out regular review of emails, phone calls, and other correspondence to identifyappropriate follow-upactions.
  • Process, reconcile, andsubmitexecutive and departmental expense reportsin accordance withcorporate policy; handle departmental invoice processing and payments.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Technology and Information Security teams and internal/external stakeholders; collaborate with other Senior Administrative Assistants to ensure cross-team coordination, communication, and cooperation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive organizational, financial, and security information with discretion.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of recurring departmental reports, including weekly IT activity summaries.
  • Assistin tracking and documenting technology projects, milestones, and deliverables; contribute to process documentation and workflow optimization efforts, applying foundational process engineering principles.
  • Monitor and organize information related to emerging AI tools, trends, and enterprise applications to support executive decision-making.
  • Assistwith vendor coordination, technology sourcing activities, andlogisticsfor special business events and projects; order and stock office supplies and equipment for executive staff.
  • Participate in departmental technology initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned; provide administrative support to other executives of the organization as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
  • P rovide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?

  • 2-4 years ofrelatedexperience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across two executives simultaneously, including under tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); familiarity with Oracle, ServiceNow enterprise platforms, and project management tools (e.g., Wrike or similar) preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in information technology and/or cybersecurity as a career path, including interest in and baseline understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their practical enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn ITIL frameworks, IT service management concepts, and information security principles including the CIS Critical Security Controls; ITIL Foundation certification or active pursuit thereof preferred.
  • Interest in or progress toward PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, withfoundationalunderstanding of process engineering concepts (process mapping, workflow design, continuous improvement).
  • Professional demeanor and comfort interacting with senior executives, board members, and external partners, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and sound business judgment.
  • Ability to quickly learn organizational structure andobjectives, navigate complex and ambiguous matters within a matrixed environment, and work independently as well as in a team setting.

Special Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required - 5% Travel.

Pay Range

$75,000 - $110,000 USD
