Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the future of our product ecosystem and delivering tangible value, transforming manual processes into intelligent, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the "agentification" of workflows, applying knowledge of systems design to automate manual processes and translate operational bottlenecks into scalable solutions.
  • Utilize advanced solutions to monitor product performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and optimize feature offerings to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Guide products through their entire lifecycle, from initial pilot phases to final delivery and wide-scale deployment, overseeing both technical execution and business operations.
  • Leverage expertise in web technologies, systems design, and data analytics to achieve key product outcomes, such as improving feature offerings, designing launch programs, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring seamless integrations.

  • Manage program-level execution, proactively anticipating and resolving bottlenecks, prioritizing projects and resources, balancing business needs against technical constraints, and ensuring successful product/tool deployments and efficient long-term operations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of planning, designing, and deploying internal tools or products, including managing communications, stakeholder relationships, and project timelines.
  • Ensure product readiness, identify gaps, and influence roadmaps to optimize customer and partner experiences.
  • Foster strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing) to develop innovative products and tools.
  • Manage stakeholder escalations, requirements, and feedback, acting as an advocate for their needs in internal discussions.
  • Explore alternatives and constraints for customer/partner challenges, leveraging analytics and metrics to design, pitch, and assess the impact of potential product or tool solutions.
  • Apply systems design principles with a keen understanding of their influence on user experience.
  • Facilitate the sharing of insights and potential solutions with internal teams (e.g., Product Management, Engineering, Business Solutions, Marketing).
  • Conduct data analysis using success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of product improvement solutions.
  • Assess and identify gaps and issues in current products based on user feedback or metrics analysis, communicating these to relevant internal teams.
  • Contribute technically to solving gaps and issues by developing, validating, and documenting new features and solutions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience guiding products from pilot to delivery, with a strong focus on technical execution and business operations.
  • Expertise in applying systems design principles to automate manual processes and create scalable solutions.
  • Proficiency in web technologies, systems design, and data analysis to drive product outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate operational issues into effective technology solutions.
  • Experience in program-level execution, including bottleneck anticipation, issue resolution, project prioritization, and resource management.
  • Strong background in the end-to-end lifecycle of planning, designing, and deploying internal tools or products.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing).
