Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Data Analyst track participant for its two-year Technology Leadership Program. You will transform data into insights, build dashboards, and influence business decisions across teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and hands-on projects using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI. You'll rotate across Data & Analytics-focused teams, gain exposure to diverse business areas, and develop leadership capabilities through structured capstones and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data & Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related quantitative, analytical, or technical field required.
• Strong interest in using data to solve business problems and influence decisions
• Familiarity with analytical tools or technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI)
• Demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and ability to take ownership of work
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred

The Technology Leadership Program is a two-year rotational development experience designed for graduating students ready to begin their careers in technology. Participants complete three eight-month rotations across Data & Analytics-focused teams, gaining exposure to different business areas, data domains, and analytical challenges while increasing ownership, responsibility, and leadership capability over time.

In this program, you will:
