As a Technology Leadership Analyst, you will gain broad business and tech experience, work on meaningful initiatives, and be exposed to senior leaders. The program emphasizes leadership, learning agility, and collaboration to create business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, mathematics, data science, or related fields.
• Internships, co-ops, academic projects, or other leadership experiences considered relevant.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn fast, take ownership, and manage competing priorities.
• Interest in technology, innovation, and working in a global organization.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across technology disciplines with measurable business outcomes.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines using various methodologies.
• Identify risks, issues, and changes; support mitigation and governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technology opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and executive materials to communicate progress.
