Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/economics/business/math.
• Minimum of a 3.5 GPA is preferred.
• Strong capabilities with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Ability to adapt, multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects.
• Strong analytic/problem-solving skills and ability to interact credibly at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with finance team members to prepare quarterly Board slides and memo; present materials to leadership as appropriate.
• Support the annual budgeting process and provide tracking and insight for projects.
• Collaborate with pricing and commercial finance teams on impact analysis of pricing changes.
• Perform financial modeling and return analysis for strategic investments.
• Analyze results at mill/plant/customer/product/region levels and explain variances.
