Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Technology Lead - Oracle Retail to support a retail client onsite in Plano, TX. The role focuses on Oracle Retail Sales Audit, Merchandising, and coordinating between business stakeholders, IT, offshore AMS, and Oracle support teams.

The candidate will lead incident management, production support, and service delivery for MFCS modules, while driving process improvements and ensuring SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of IT experience.
• 8-10+ years in Oracle Retail skills.
• Strong Retail domain experience.
• Experience in onsite/client-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, offshore AMS teams, and MFCS Sales Audit support teams.
• Lead application support and service delivery for Oracle Retail MFCS modules.
• Manage incidents, enhancements, service requests, and production support while ensuring SLAs.
• Provide regular updates on issues, risks, and resolutions to client stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead - Oracle Retail to support a retail client onsite in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle Retail Sales Audit, Merchandising, and client-facing support, along with the ability to coordinate effectively between business stakeholders, IT teams, offshore AMS teams, and Oracle support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, offshore AMS teams, and MFCS Sales Audit support teams.
• Lead application support and service delivery for Oracle Retail MFCS modules.
• Manage incidents, enhancements, service requests, and production support activities while ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Drive timely incident resolution and maintain overall system availability and stability.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable functional and technical tasks.
• Facilitate solution discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure effective delivery of support and enhancement activities.
• Provide functional expertise in Oracle Retail Sales Audit and Merchandising.
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and provide regular updates on issues, risks, and resolutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve application support processes.
