Seeking a D365 CRM CE Technology Architect with 15+ years of experience leading the design and implementation of Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement solutions. Must have extensive experience in CRM architecture, customization, and complex integrations, ensuring scalable and efficient systems tailored to the telecom domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and architect D365 CRM CE solutions.
2. Provide optimal solutions for migrating from Salesforce to D365 CRM.
3. Develop and implement custom AI/Copilot functionalities.
4. Manage complex system integrations.
5. Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify and implement suitable Microsoft ecosystem solutions replacing Salesforce functionalities.
6. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
