Technology Lead, eDiscovery & Information Governance
We are looking for a Technology Lead, eDiscovery & Information Governance to join our eDiscovery and Information Governance Legal Team. In your role, you will focus on discovery/disclosure efforts in the various phases of the EDRM model for litigation and regulatory matters, investigations, and all other matters requiring the identification, preservation, collection, processing, and production of data. You will collaborate with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders, including case managers, project managers, information governance specialists, data scientists, and attorneys, as well as outside vendors. You will provide overall guidance and recommend best practices for extracting, processing, and filtering data in a defensible manner. You will be responsible for delivering technology-related client services in the areas of data mapping and documentation, forensic data collections, data extraction, data processing, data review, as well as digital and forensic extraction and analysis. You will be responsible for having an understanding of the SAAS collection and processing tools utilized by the team as well as evaluating alternative tools in the marketplace. You should also have a working knowledge of the laws that govern discovery and should be prepared to testify on the Company’s behalf relating to the defensibility of our processes during discovery disputes.
