Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT preferred.
• Experience with IT systems, databases, and applications.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technology integration expert for the museum.
• Configure, test, administer and maintain software per guidelines.
• Design and implement configurations for new and evolving requirements.
• Prioritize user requests and coordinate project implementation.
• Liaise with external vendors and NCDIT; escalate issues as needed.
• Support digitization plans, budgets and reporting.
• Manage hosting environments, domains, SSLs and server maintenance.
