Job summary

Hensel Phelps in California training for Technology Infrastructure Project Manager will relocate to Texas after training. You will lead constructability reviews, consult with clients, and coordinate multi-discipline technology projects including low voltage systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of experience coordinating technology projects, with certifications like RCDD/CCNA/CCDA/RTPM preferred and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university; or four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a RCDD, CCNA, CCDA, RTPM certification or combination thereof.
• Five (5) to ten (10) years industry experience coordinating technology projects.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Communicate issues effectively in written format.
• Must be able to function as part of a high-performance team.
• Working knowledge of facilities operations and building systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in mobile work environment.
• Software proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, SharePoint).
• The ability to read, comprehend, understand and verbally communicate in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology related design and construction efforts to meet standards.
• Work with experts to support and prepare system documentation per guidelines.
• Provide technical expertise related to design, install, and network integration of systems including structured cabling, DAS, BAS, and IP voice/data.
• Manage technology consulting process between company and clients/owners.
• Budget management and staff projections related to projects.
• Serve as a technology resource for the company.
• Market Integrated Building Solutions services to procure projects.
• Develop, test, and sell new technology concepts to clients/owners.
