Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years leading technical projects/incidents or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with distributed systems, networks, applications, and mainframe environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage critical incidents and outages.
• Lead cross-functional incident recovery and engage vendors.
• Communicate status and action items to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate crisis calls and triage bridges in time-sensitive situations.
• Support 24/7 on-call rotation and onsite interviews as required.
