Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Technology Governance Analyst in Plano, TX (Hybrid) to design and execute governance capabilities across the External Networks portfolio. You will define standards, organize information, and develop solutions in collaboration with product managers and tech teams.

The role emphasizes data quality, reporting, and governance portals, with opportunities to automate repeatable tasks and improve metrics. Alternate locations include Jersey City or Charlotte.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience supporting technology governance, risk, compliance, controls, or governance-focused functions and documenting requirements.
• Proficiency with Jira, Python, and Splunk; ability to develop dashboards, portals, or reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement technology governance standards across the portfolio.
• Organize governance information into standardized, reusable formats.
• Develop and enhance the governance portal and improve access to metrics, risk, and ownership.
• Collaborate with technology teams, product managers, and stakeholders to turn needs into solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and automate repeatable activities.
• Document governance processes, standards, and supporting evidence.
• Coordinate across teams to investigate issues and drive work to completion.
• Monitor and report on governance health, obligations, and actions.
