Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or IT finance.
• Experience in technology finance and budgeting is required.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology leadership to support financial planning and governance.
• Maintain rolling forecasts by integrating workforce, projects, vendor activities, and contracts.
• Analyze budgets and performance, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
• Ensure accuracy of budgets, cost centers, funding, and financial reporting.
• Prepare executive reports and dashboards for Technology leadership.
• Coordinate governance meetings and action items with stakeholders.
• Maintain workforce reporting including headcount and staffing updates.
• Track vendor contracts and contractor data and renewals.
• Support portfolio planning with timelines, budgets, and resources.
