Responsibilities

• Partners with the Divisional CIO to develop and execute technology strategies and priorities aligned with business goals
• Manages a team responsible for business management, governance, reporting, planning, and operations
• Leads annual planning activities including budget development, headcount, investments, and forecasts
• Oversees technology portfolio governance, prioritization, monitoring, and reporting of initiatives
• Monitors portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes with escalation if needed
• Develops executive-level reporting, dashboards, and communications on financials and portfolio execution
• Partners with Finance to manage budget performance and investment tracking
• Coordinates regulatory examinations, audits, remediation programs, and governance reviews
• Supports workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and talent development
• Oversees leadership routines such as business reviews, governance forums, and performance reviews
