Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in equity research, buy-side, or investment banking.
• Strong financial modeling and writing skills in Excel (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with strong communication.
• Interest in macro themes, policy, and technology sectors.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling and valuation work.
• Regularly write industry and company reports and initiate coverage.
• Analyze data in market research databases.
• Respond to research inquiries during market hours for institutional clients.
• Interview industry experts and build relationships with covered companies.
• Present industry themes and contribute to conferences and events.
• Follow stock market and company activity and relay insights to analysts.
• Seek out new information sources to enhance research capabilities.
