Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) seeks a Technology Enablement Analyst to translate business needs into robust integration solutions. You’ll document, test, and optimize IT integrations across the AGS environment, acting as SME for Invoicing, Process Improvements and Data Warehouse.

Strong SQL, Tableau, and ETL experience are required to ensure data quality and governance. Join a collaborative team supporting cloud and on‑premise tech stacks, with opportunities across North America.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ IT Business Analyst/Consulting experience or related
• B.S. in Computer Science, Business, or related major
• 3–5 years’ experience using Informatica or related ETL tools
• Strong problem analysis and root-cause identification skills
• Understanding of cloud computing and supporting technologies (Azure etc)
• Familiarity with SDLC and API integration concepts
• Knowledge of AGS business concepts and functions
• Experience working in a team environment and independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication to translate requirements to developers
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with prioritized deadlines
• MS Office suite proficiency and SQL scripting skills
• Intermediate Tableau experience and data governance focus
• Staffing industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide innovative analytics solutions to automate manual processes
• Review and refine technical specifications for completeness and best practices
• Create technical specifications for invoicing projects
• Draft test plans for all integrations to meet business requirements
• Configure systems using Tableau, SQL, Informatica, Service Now, and AGS360
• Collaborate to ensure specifications meet technical and business needs
• Explain complex problems and guide the solution approach
• Enforce TE sFTP data governance and manage access
• Set up UNIX directory structures across environments with proper permissions
• Monitor analytics tools (Informatica, Tableau, Snowflake, Azure) for ROI
• Troubleshoot integration issues and write SQL queries to validate data
• Maintain TE integration life cycle and best practices
• Support ongoing energy of the team and knowledge sharing
