Secretariat is seeking an Associate Director of Technology Disputes to join our Global Investigations and Disputes team. This hybrid/remote role focuses on engagement leadership, client service, risk management, and mentoring junior staff.

You will work with forensic accountants, technologists, and counsel to prepare expert reports and drive complex investigations for top clients worldwide. Candidates should have 8+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and travel

Qualificações

• 8+ years in expert consulting services or related technology investigations.
• Strong analytical and expert report writing skills.
• Proven engagement management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Engagement Leadership: oversee matters end‑to‑end with budgets and staffing.
• Client Service: support directors and nurture client relationships.
