applydigital is seeking a senior client-facing technology leader to guide enterprise consumer and entertainment brands through complex digital experience transformations. As the primary strategic technology advisor on the Technology and Account Leadership Team, you shape recommendations on tech stacks and future strategies while identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technology leadership building and scaling web and mobile experiences with modern frameworks.
• Experience overseeing delivery of digital solutions across customer accounts, transactions, personalization, A/B tests, real-time data streams.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and teams to accelerate software development.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, system architecture, and project management.

Requirements

• Proven track record in technology leadership building and scaling web and mobile experiences with modern frameworks
• Experience overseeing delivery of digital solutions spanning customer accounts, transactions, personalization, A/B testing, real-time webhooks, and data streams
• Experience leveraging AI tools, processes, and teams to accelerate software development
• Deep understanding of software engineering, system architecture, and project management
• Demonstrated experience providing expert guidance to clients and managing complex technology projects
• Proven ability to mentor team members and foster high-performance culture in large multidisciplinary teams
• Experience managing risks within an e-commerce context, including vendor selection and management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, supportive, solution-oriented mindset

Benefits and work setup

Salary range of $170,000-$220,000 CAD plus potential bonus, equity, and other compensation. Hybrid/remote friendly with a preference for candidates in the Greater Toronto Area working Eastern Time hours.
