Premier Talent Partners in San Francisco is seeking a Technology Director to lead the organization’s technology vision and execution. You will oversee Salesforce, data systems, cybersecurity, and integrations while guiding responsible AI adoption across teams.

This senior role requires collaboration with cross-functional partners, a strategic roadmap, and a hands-on leadership style in a hybrid work environment with on-site days in downtown San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise technology strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
• Proven experience administering Salesforce, Tableau, Box, Klaviyo.
• Strong systems thinking, project management, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaborative leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in a senior technology leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee Salesforce customization, reporting, and integrations.
• Configure systems security, user roles, and data quality.
• Manage vendors, MSPs, and cybersecurity.
• Lead staff training and document processes.
• Evaluate AI and emerging tech for adoption.
• Provide responsive staff support and promote best practices.
