Job summary
The Baldwin School seeks a visionary Director of Technology to lead technology initiatives for PreK–12. Reporting to the CFO, you will guide strategic planning, budgeting, and policy for all technology systems, including AI governance and data protection.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of technology leadership or management experience.
- Proven experience with LMS (Blackbaud) administration and user support.
- Strong knowledge of G Suite tools and mixed Mac/Windows environments.
- Experience managing enterprise financial tools, ERP integrations, and identity/access automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology strategy and policy development across PreK–12.
- Oversee IT budgeting, vendor contracts, and procurement.
- Manage and mentor the IT team to deliver high-quality services.
- Ensure data security, FERPA/COPPA compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with school leadership to align technology with curriculum goals.
