Job summary

Dow is seeking a Technology Director to define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations. You will identify opportunities where intelligent automation can improve decision-making, performance, and value, while partnering with operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and business teams.

You will mentor leaders and drive scalable solutions with a strong focus on safety and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above indicated rank.
At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
For U.S. applicants, ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations.
Identify opportunities where intelligent automation can improve decision-making and performance.
Guide responsible adoption in partnership with operations, technology, data, and security teams.
Mentor and coach people leaders and professionals, fostering inclusion and integrity.
Translate business priorities into practical digital solutions that streamline processes.
Develop scalable technology strategies aligned to site, function, and business needs.
Monitor adoption, performance, and value realization of technology initiatives.
Oversee digital technology improvement efforts with site/production leadership.
Drive continuous improvement of technology-based performance and strategic guidance.
Communicate risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
