Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, JMP, Python, MATLAB, or similar.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support wafer inspection and defect analysis to identify issues.
• Perform data analysis to improve device yield and manufacturing performance.
• Assist with device characterization and electrical measurements at wafer level.
• Support reliability characterization including: TDDB, WL-UIL, and other tests.
• Analyze test data and prepare technical reports summarizing results and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Device, Process Integration, Product and Reliability Engineering teams.
• Support root-cause investigations and corrective actions for yield and reliability issues.
• Participate in DOE and statistical analysis to optimize device performance.
• Document findings and present project updates to the engineering team.
