Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience in technology delivery, program management or large-scale technology transformation.
- Demonstrated experience managing technology delivery organizations of 50+ resources.
- Strong experience working in an onshore/offshore global delivery model.
- Proven experience delivering customer-facing web applications, self-service portals or comparable digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of modern application technologies, including Java and Spring Boot, React and/or Angular, APIs and application integration, microservices and modern architectures.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, engineering governance and delivery metrics.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, scope, change control, risks, dependencies, SLAs and KPIs.
- Strong executive presence and experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital application and technology programs.
- Manage delivery organizations of 50+ resources, including onshore and offshore teams.
- Lead delivery of web-based customer self-service portals and digital experiences.
- Own program scope, schedules, budgets, forecasting, risks, dependencies, change control, KPIs, SLAs and overall delivery performance.
- Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to align delivery execution with business priorities.
- Drive Agile delivery utilizing Scrum, SAFe, Kanban or other appropriate delivery models.
- Provide delivery leadership across application modernization, integration, cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, release management and engineering quality initiatives.
- Lead escalations, risk mitigation, issue resolution and recovery planning for complex programs.
- Leverage delivery analytics, automation and AI/GenAI capabilities where appropriate to improve planning, reporting, risk management and productivity.

This is not a hands-on development role, but candidates should have sufficient technical depth to effectively lead architects, engineering leads, developers, QA and DevOps teams working across modern application technologies.

- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, scope, change control, risks, dependencies, SLAs and KPIs.

- Insurance industry experience
- Application modernization and cloud transformation experience
- Exposure to AI/GenAI, delivery analytics or automation
- PMP, SAFe, Scrum, cloud, DevOps or related certifications
This position is based in New York City and requires working onsite 3 days per week.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
Base salary: $140,000–$170,000 annually, plus a 20% target bonus.
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and other relevant factors.
