This highly client-facing role owns delivery outcomes, manages program financials, and leads globally distributed teams.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in IT and 5+ years in consulting, with expertise in data transformations, budgeting, forecasting, and executive communication.

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager / Delivery Manager to lead large-scale Data, Analytics, Cloud Data Platform, and AI-enabled transformation programs for Financial Services clients.

This is a highly client-facing consulting leadership role where you will own delivery outcomes, manage program financials, lead globally distributed teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
