Job summary

Newrez LLC seeks a Technology Delivery Manager to lead IT operations initiatives, coordinating across infrastructure, cloud, and services to ensure timely, within-scope delivery. You will drive KPI reporting, risk mitigation, and governance in a fast-paced, on-site setting.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in IT operations or service delivery, 3+ years in delivery/program management, and strong ITIL/Agile/DevOps knowledge, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or service delivery.
  • 3+ years in a delivery or program management role within a technology organization.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT operations initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Support cross-functional teams including infrastructure, cloud, network, and service management.
  • Develop and maintain detailed delivery roadmaps and status reports.
