You will champion best practices, oversee testing and documentation, and drive ongoing improvements aligned with SDLC principles. Collaboration with vendors and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive scope/impact/responsibility with technologies.
• Proven track record delivering initiatives and driving execution.
• Experience influencing, leading, and coaching without direct leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated reasoning and troubleshooting skills.

• Provide technical leadership to a team of highly technical employees.
• Develop and maintain a high performing team through hiring, vendor management, coaching and performance management.
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven team environment with accountability.
• Provide work direction, delegation and prioritization to the team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and procedures.
• Deliver robust technical solutions with partners to meet SLAs and project timelines.
• Ensure design and build artifacts are complete and validated before release.
• Oversee design hand-offs and testing prior to deployment of new technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and best practices.
