Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
7-10 years of relevant experience required.
7+ years coding/designing in multiple programming languages with focus on target software stack.
Experience with vendor partners (on/off-shore).

Responsibilities

Create low level design docs and detailed engineering specs; write code to standards and SDLC.
Engage with business to gather requirements and plan development; design interfaces between apps.
Lead code review process and maintain design/operations docs; ensure proper documentation archiving.
Ensure code is unit tested before QA; assist QA with test data and scenarios; approve production deployment.
Provide governance and mentorship to development team; oversee adherence to standards and tools.
Conduct asset health and security assessments; implement improvements and troubleshoot production issues.
Maintain up-to-date skills and advise on tool selection and asset investments.
